By accessing or using SentriCall's 911 call quality control system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SentriCall provides an AI-powered quality control system for 911 dispatch centers, including:
- Real-time call monitoring and transcription
- Automated compliance scoring
- Priority situation detection
- Management dashboard and analytics
- Audit logging and reporting
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage or overburden our systems
5. Data and Privacy
5.1 Customer Data
You retain all rights to your data. We process 911 call data solely to provide the Service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including CJIS requirements.
5.2 Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and audit logging.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when practicable.
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Pricing
Fees are as stated in your subscription agreement or order form. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
7.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the billing schedule in your agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
7.3 Refunds
Refunds, if any, are provided according to the terms of your subscription agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by SentriCall and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTRICALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SentriCall from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service. We will provide reasonable assistance with data export during a transition period.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
14. Changes to Terms
